Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the VPNPut marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains why data is collected, how it is used, and how it is handled. Third-party payment pages have their own privacy rules; this policy does not replace them.
Account Data and How It Is Used
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. VPNPut uses your username to identify your account and your password to verify sign-ins. It also processes plan status, subscription access, and support tickets you submit. An email address is not required for registration. Please do not include personal information unrelated to your issue in your username or support tickets.
Support tickets may include your client platform, error messages, when an issue occurred, and screenshots you provide. This information is used only to investigate issues, respond to requests, and follow up. Before submitting, redact sensitive details such as passwords, subscription links, and payment credentials. Troubleshooting usually does not require your complete browsing history.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
VPNPut follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or store browsing content, lists of visited domains, or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Connection logs are not retained as records of user activity after a service session ends, nor are they used to build browsing profiles.
Temporary operational state needed to maintain an active connection is used only for data transfer and troubleshooting, and is not kept as a historical connection record after the session ends. Cumulative usage needed to calculate plan data is processed separately from browsing content: it is used to calculate remaining data and does not include the websites or pages visited. A no-logs policy does not mean that account, order, and support ticket data is never retained.
Access Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page usage and identify errors. They may involve technical information such as pages visited, referral sources, browser types, device categories, and visit times. Analytics should follow the principle of data minimization. Passwords, subscription credentials, and payment credentials are not used as analytics data, and analytics are not used to infer browsing activity within subscription services.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary session state and save login credentials and language preferences. You can clear this data through your browser; you may need to sign in again or reselect your preferences afterward. When using a shared device, sign out and clear your login state when finished. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete server-side account or order records.
Order Records and Third-Party Payments
VPNPut retains plan selections, order amounts, payment statuses, transaction reference identifiers, and refund records to provide subscriptions, verify payments, and resolve disputes. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant third-party payment service or transaction network processes the actual payment.
Payment providers handle payment data under their own rules. VPNPut receives the results needed to verify an order. For payment issues, submit your order information through a user panel support ticket; do not submit your payment account password. Account data unrelated to the purpose of processing is not shared with third parties, except as needed to provide the service, with your authorization, or as required by applicable law.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order, refund, and dispute records are retained as needed to fulfill obligations, reconcile finances, and comply with applicable law. Support ticket and analytics data is retained only for as long as needed for its processing purpose, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a single retention period that has not been verified.
You can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. VPNPut will first verify your control of the account, then explain the scope of the request. Deletion may affect sign-in and subscription delivery. Records that must be retained by law or are subject to an unresolved dispute will be retained with an explanation. Data in backups is handled through backup rotation; submitting a request does not guarantee that every copy will be erased immediately.
Policy Updates and Privacy Requests
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is required, publishing a policy update does not replace that consent.
If you have questions about this policy or how specific data is handled, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Include the relevant account, data category, and request, and avoid attaching unrelated sensitive information. For service use and refund terms, see the Terms of Service.
